Dr. Jane Harrington. A state board Doctor and chief Medical Examiner in Tulsa Oklahoma. She went on a 6 year killing spree throughout the Midwest before she was brought to justice. She killed, chopped and mutilated bodies from Tulsa Oklahoma to St Louis Missouri during her reign of terror.
